Sprinkler Fitters Local 692 represents over 500 highly
skilled members in the fire protection industry and the
entire United Association of Plumbers and Pipe Fitters of
the United States and Canada, over 300,000. Together, we are
committed to offering the very best to our members, our
contractors, and to our customers.
We work on projects of all sizes, from large commercial
projects such as the stadiums for the Eagles, Phillies,
Flyers and 76ers to residential homes. Sprinkler
systems save lives and property.
Our continuous joint
efforts in management and training translates into quality
craftsmanship, a job well done, and more lives saved! Local
692 cooperates with Drexel University of Philadelphia in
offering college credits towards a degree in Construction
Management. By taking advanced courses through the union and
at the university, it is possible for Local 692 members to
earn a Bachelor of Science degree and prepare themselves for
careers as union officials, business owners or instructors. |
